All Vendors must fill out the Vendor Application before lot space will be reserved. Complete applications can be mailed to PO Box 127 Centerville IN 47330 or emailed to marketing @warmglow.com
The Warm Glow Fall Festival is being held Saturday, September 28 from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm and Sunday September 29 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you would like to be a vendor at this event, please let us know which size space you would like:
10 x 10 – $30 12 x 12 – $36 10 x 20 – $60 20 x 20 – $120
Anything larger than a 20 x 20 please contact us for availability at 765-855-5483.
Food vendors that must obtain a mobile food permit will not be charged booth space, but need to register for a spot. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a spot. All Food Vendors must complete Vendor Application and submit copy of mobile food permit for our records.
Vendor set up must fit within the dimensions of the lot space. Set up includes all tie-outs, poles, tables, etc. Tent/Pop-up Canopy is required at all booth spaces. All supplies are to be provided by the exhibitor.
Electric and internet service will NOT be provided. You will need to bring a generator if you need electric.

DUE TO PAST EXPERIENCES WARM GLOW CANDLE COMPANY WILL BE ENFORCING ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS. You must read and agree to Rules and Regulations before your lot space will be approved.
