Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped from our factory in Centerville, Indiana.

Warm Glow will determine the best parcel carrier based on the size, weight, and delivery address. Most retail orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Most retail orders will be shipped via LTL Truck, UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Retail Shipping

We currently ship to any address in the United States including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside the United States.

In most cases, orders received Monday-Thursday will be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order in our system. Order processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons such as Mother’s Day or Christmas and after a popular promotion or sale. Warm Glow Candle observes some US Holidays and during those times our factory may be closed for up to 5 days. We will post notices of such times on our website as they occur as this may affect order fulfillment and shipping times. Warm Glow Candle cannot ship packages on days that are US Holidays.

Retail shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your purchase. Items that require additional shipping charges due to their size and weight are noted with a $$ and additional charges are noted.

Orders above $200.00 will be charged shipping of 10% of order total before discounts.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale Shipping Charges are charged on a flat percentage rate of the total cost of the order. Percentages are based on shipping zones and range from 11% to 25%.  Orders that are under $250 are assessed a $15 handling fee plus the flat rate. 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing an order.

Retail orders shipping to addresses in Indiana are subject to Indiana State sales tax, currently 7%.
