Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped from our factory in Centerville, Indiana. We currently ship to any address in the United States including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside the United States.
In most cases, orders received Monday-Thursday will be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order in our system. Order processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons such as Mother’s Day or Christmas and after a popular promotion or sale. Warm Glow Candle observes some US Holidays and during those times our factory may be closed for up to 5 days. We will post notices of such times on our website as they occur as this may affect order fulfillment and shipping times. Warm Glow Candle cannot ship packages on days that are US Holidays.
Our ability to ship an order all together depends on the availability of the items ordered. If an item is out of stock, it will be sent as soon as it becomes available. This will not increase your shipping charges. When this occurs, the status of your order may be labeled “Partially Shipped”. If this is the case, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number(s) when each shipment occurs.
Warm Glow will determine the best parcel carrier based on the size, weight, and delivery address. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your purchase. Items that require additional shipping charges due to their size and weight are noted with a $$ and additional charges are noted.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing an order.
Orders shipping to addresses in Indiana are subject to Indiana State sales tax, currently 7%.
